"Fairness. Integrity. Experience"
When you step into a courtroom, you deserve to be heard, respected, and treated as an equal
under the law. Cheyenne Whitfield is running for Circuit Court Judge in Group 23 of the Tenth Judicial Circuit to ensure our justice system works for everyone in Central Florida. As a
dedicated attorney, community advocate, and small business owner, Cheyenne understands
the real-world challenges facing working families. She believes deeply that the courts must
remain accessible, transparent, and—above all—fundamentally fair to every single person
who walks through the doors.
Delivering true justice requires a judge who understands the law from multiple perspectives. With over a decade of comprehensive legal practice, Cheyenne brings a wealth of hands-on experience spanning criminal defense, civil litigation, probate, immigration, and municipal law. She has stood up for our most vulnerable as a Guardian ad Litem Attorney, fiercely advocating for the safety and well-being of children in the dependency system. Furthermore, presiding over cases as a Traffic Hearing Officer has already demonstrated her strong judicial temperament and her ability to apply Florida law impartially.
